This is a rather interestingly painted door hidden down below the balcony of the lookout tower at Skinner State Park. They use the building for summer concerts and other events.
This person writes "Good Loves You". At some later point the word good is changed to god. The change likely symbolizing that those two words were synonymous to the writer.
